1983 G&L SB2 John Paul Edition; Vintage White/Maple

Sign in to disble this ad
Up for grabs is my highly coveted, extremely rare, very played in 1983 G&L SB2 John Paul Edition.
It's the one and only one if it's kind!
Big Beefy 1960's J neck tone. Fat Slammin' 70s' J bridge tone.
Totallly Mod-ren Slap-a-delic "both on tone" via the three way strat-esque pup selector.
Super comfy, super played in neck, shallow profile, 1 11/16 nut width.

Comes with what may or may not be the original hardshell case, in highly stickered up but otherwise very good condition. Ships with original "radio knobs," not my schmancy and compleeeeeetely unobtainable L1000 knobs.

You know why it's so worn in?
Cause it's freakin' killer, that's why.
You want a pretty bass that plays like arse, get Santy Klaws to bring you one

$700+shipping

It's tooootalllly John Paul's Signature. Fer-real Dawg.

Money position, under the neck...who loves ya?

Money Position, topside.
"Proper Technique? Balderdash!"

This is only for sale as long as a bass I'm chasing stays available.

Chef,

I would say the original "radio knobs" are also "unobtainable".

Originally saw that that bass at Coleman Music, China Grove NC. Think it was way back in the Pit days.

Good Luck with your sale.

It's true: radio knobs are also formed from pure unobtanium.
