Cool 1983 PEAVEY PATRIOT USA 4. Mohagony body, maple neck/fb

This is a Fender Killer !!! It's a 1983 Peavey Patriot 4 made in USA. It sounds and plays better than ANY Fender, but I am biased.

34" scale neck
Mohagony body
Maple neck and fret board
ONE single Super Ferrite pickup in the sweet spot
One volume, one tone
New strings

Neck tilt works great, as does the truss rod, but it might need a set up to the way you like it.
There are many battle scars on this bass. It tells a wonderful story. Also, the pickguard is damaged near the input jack, but it's TIGHT and not going anywhere.

This is the PERFECT bar band bass ! This is the bass that will do any cover song perfectly and you never have to worry about it misbehaving. You can turn your back on it. It sounds KILLER and plays great, too.
At this price, it's a great backup bass or even a primary bass. The old Peavey stuff just makes me smile. It's such under rated quality.

$185 SHIPPED

Welcome to TB, Tom ! Trades are always offered on the classified, so no worries. That's why we are a community.
I'd rather just sell it. I am BROKE. And I am NOT looking for a Fender !!!!!! Peavey>Fender

Also, to Mizu, Moscow always needs more basses, my fellow Russian !!

I really like the looks of that Mahogany body more than the black Patriot I have.
Great basses!

I forgot to close this thread a few days ago. It's already on it's way to the Russian Federation...

Keep an eye out for more Peavey's to come in the future, though
