1984/85 Squier P-Bass

I am keeping this. This thing is way better than any Fender USA P-Bass being made today. But, it says Squier on the headstock, so that means it won't sell for even $500.00. Oh well. I will keep it as my studio bass. Glad I came to my senses. 10 lbs doesn't mean much when you are sitting down.
Peace, John

Gotta show some love for these. I have owned alot of P basses but my '83 squier SQ was one of my favs. It was missing chunks of paint and most of the original hardware.

This is a way better looking bass, if I only had the money

I have one almost identical (it has the original white pickguard) and have yet to play any P bass that has come close to it!

One pic has a non stock bridge, did you replace it and then put the stock one back. I have the same vintage Squier Jazz, that I have owned for about 20 years - it is a nice bass too.

Just different configurations. I had the heavy bridge on there because I can adjust the string width....and wanted the strings centered right over the poles.
