1984-ish MIJ Fender P E-serial Beauty!

Sign in to disble this ad
This is an all original MIJ E # P. The # puts it in that 84-87 range. It is in very good condition and has that beautiful yellowing going on. It plays and sounds fantastic!
There are a few nicks and scratches but for it's age it's in great shape. If I didn't have a few great P's I'd be keeping this.
I personally prefer this over just about every US P I've played.
If you're looking for an affordable great P, here it is.
Price=600-
It will ship in a HSC that has seen better days, missing the center latch, but will protect it perfectly and works fine.

Man, I wish I "needed" this one! But I already have an 89 MIJ P and it's the bomb! These basses really "feel" vintage IMO....

Bump for a sweet bass. I have one of these E-Series P's in Vintage White/maple, and I love it!

Thanks y'all, it is a great bass. There is very little difference between this and my '59 Custom shop P. The neck feels very similar and the body rings nice acoustically.
Weight = 8.6 via good bathroom scale.

Bump: Played a friend's '84 Cream/Maple P that was magical. The acoustic tone/resonance was unreal. Its no wonder that's the only bass he's owned/needed since '84.

It looks like this is staying in CA. On hold for now.
And yes, I am super impressed by the quality of this.
The Pino has made it so I can let a few very good P's go now.
Thanks all.
