1985 Takamine GB400 solid body ( MAX pointy content )

well this thing is just taking up space on my wall hangers. I'm a lefty and it will probably never see the light of day. Although a fun unit to play, having it sit on my wall is just crazy because I wouldn't take it on stage flipped over and look like a dork.

This was a small run of 50 solid-body basses made in 1985 along side it's counterpart the GB410-arrow bass. This unit is the one that Dave Vincent from Morbid Angel used for years until the band was endorsed by Dean.

it is a set-neck, there is no case, there is no bag, but would be packed in enough bubble wrap to choke a horse.

here's some pics:

Shipping this thing will be a PITA so my only request is bear with me while I try to figure out how much it will cost. International buyers are not necessarily out of this sale if anyone out there is interested but the ship charge will be pretty high I'm sure.

I am looking to get 750 free shipped OR best offer and if the best offer is good enough I will still pay for the shipping. I am in PA, so if you are in CAL/WA/OR..etc, and it must travel cross-country I still may have to charge something for shipping if I decide to accept a lower best offer.

for the "show" portion yes it is.
It has a unique sound but after looking at Dave Vincent's pics from the good old days, he swapped out the OEM pickups to EMG's.
I would have tried that but not needed since I'm a lefty and this is a "at-home" bass.
