1986 Fodera Monarch 4 string

Sign in to disble this ad
SOLD!! 1986 Fodera Monarch 4 string bass guitar. Ash body, Zebra top, Ebony fretboard, original emporer circuit and the controls are vol, vol, bass, treble and the switches are a pickup selector, mute switch, and active/passive. EMG p/j pickups, all original. Frets are in good shape with just a little wear. Bass is in very nice shape for a late 80s bass, there are two spots to note. Little wear near the p pickup, and a little finish wear near the bottom jack. Other than that the occassion sign of some wear, which isn't bad at all. Gorgeous bass as you can see. You have the option of the reunion blues bag that came with it, or a new iGig bag. I do have a Fodera hard case that is for a 36" bass which is way too big, but if you really insist on it let me know. sold

nice bass.

just so you know, i'm pretty sure that the pegs are newer than 1986 pegs. don't know when they started using the butterfly logo on them, but i'm pretty sure they were using gotoh-stamped stuff until the early '90s.

Thanks for the insight. I got it from the original owner, and he said he's brought it to the shop a few times since owning to have them take care of it.
