1993 G&L SB-2 Emerald Green (Baltimore/DC)

Got this via TB awhile ago and have loved it, but I'm going to try some other stuff out.

1993 with 3 bolt microtilt neck
1.5" at nut
comes with hard case
strung with chromes set up by yours truly with great action. this bass plays like butter.

I put some elbow grease into this when I first got it (not that it was in bad shape when I received it) and it really shines now! I love the finish on this bass and it sounds like a monster.

$650 OBO. I'd like to stay local as I despise shipping companies. I live near Ft Mead and am willing to drive. Would like to make a quick sale here but I'm not incredibly desperate.

I've currently got my eye on a blueburst Aria II Pro ZZB, but for trades I'd also be interested in any type of BC Rich/Gibson shaped body regardless of make, fenderbirds, explorers, etc.

How much does the bass weigh? Are you not at all willing to ship?

Weight I'd guess around 8 lbs? I can give it the bathroom scale test tonight. It's lighter than my ATK...

As far as shipping, if it doesn't sell locally I'll eventually ship but I currently don't have a box to fit the HSC and I've been burned by all the shipping companies at least once so I try to avoid their services when possible. I'm sure I sound crazy

Your local music stores can hook ya up with a guitar shipping box for free....Just ask....I have gotten several that way.

Last time I tried GC I waited 30 minutes for the guy to come back and give me a box that wouldn't even fit a bass inside a gig bag. Maybe I'll try Chuck's next time.

Yea not surprised with GC.....often the people there have major SH*&^%$#@T for brains
