I bought this from the original owner one year ago; he kept it in his closet for the majority of its life. All of the wear is from myself actually playing it. FUN FACT: This is the same bass model Krist Novoselic played on the MTV Unplugged recordings/videos. Do a YouTube search if you haven't seen them.
Features: spruce top, mahogany arched back and sides, 5-1/4" to 6-3/8 body depth, 30" scale 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays, rosewood pin bridge, white-bound body, 1-11/16" at the nut. The "SB" in the model stands for split bridge, which helps with intonation.
The original owner bought and installed a new fishman acoustic matric pick-up to freshen up the sound. The original pickup is included and is still in working order. Put it in another bass if you so desire! This bass booms and give the ernie bass earthwood bass a run for its money as they say.
