Hey really dont want to do this since this is my better jazz bass, but my p aint getting much love, soooo up for ur consideration is a MIJ Foto Flame 62 reissue jazz bass made in 1995 according to the serial number.Super figured flamed maple top on this much different than that on my precision.Even the necks maple is more intense, even though this ones aged a bit darker than my p its still obvious its a nice cherryburst .Lets get to the good,All in all this bass functions perfectly, the truss rod works perfect, never been touched imo, pots are clean and scratch free, the neck is practically flawless and looks brand new,the frets are clean and look to have no wear ,the necks on these are amazing and has the nice rolled in feel that you dont find too often, the 62' classic fender headstock look also looks real classy and even has the bare grounding strip connecting from the bridge to the bridge pickup.Strung up with some nice ti jazz flats with low action, plays and sounds just like a good jazz should, plenty of bark and growl on this one
And now the not so good,Dings! The neck is free of any sort of dings so its not so bad, however the body does have its share of small chips and dings.Everywhere you would expect(lowerd side od body and near the control plate) However there not too awful and took pics of any damage i found.Basically that the bad and ugly, just some damage to the body to an otherwise great bass.On a rating from one to ten ,this ones definately a 8/10 seeing how everything else about the bass is great. Also throwing in the the tortoise shell pg if anyone wants it.
In comparison to my p which i think is in better condition,id like to get PRICE DROP WAS 620 now!$550 shipped con us.thanks guys send in those offers will get back to u asap
