For sale is a 1996? Carvin Lb 76 neck through bass, the color is a trans blue finish, the neck wood is maple and i believe the sides are mahogany or walnut. I have only owned this bass for s short time just to get into the 6 string world and it just isnt for me.
The bass has an EMG pre installed by the previous owner, that has a volume knob for each pickup and a bass middle and treble. One of the knobs is a dummy knob that fills the hole where the carvin pre had a switch. The pickups are Carvin Jazz. Gold sperzel locking tuners, wilkinson bridge, and rosewood board. as far as iwas told it was purchased in 1996 by a studio player in Nashville. The bass is nice and has a good range of tones, I prefer playing to the bridge pickup for finger style. The neck is thin and very comfortable for a 6. 6 string just isnt for me, Cosmetically the bass has a few chips on the underside and the BACK. The back has belt buckle rash

accompanied by the wood coming off of some. ( see pics for details) if you want more pics just ask and ill post them up.
this is the reason the price is low,
