**TRADED** 1999 Modulus Genesis 5 string bass designed in conjuncture with Michael Tobias (MTD). Great looking, playing, and sounding bass. Has Bartolini 18v NMTB preamp and pickups. Black hardware with strap locks. Flamed maple top and fretboard. Neck is composite/carbon fiber wrapped in wood. Genesis guitar and bass necks incorporate a composite spine reaching from the tip of the headstock to deep inside the body. Wrapped with a solid piece of lightweight, resonant tone wood, the Genesis neck combines the best elements of carbon fiber and wood. All string tension is held by the composite central structure to eliminate warping and twisting. The result is a natural, woody sound with the added brilliance of composite.
This bass is in perfect condition...no scratches anywhere..no modifications...all original...plays and sounds fantastic. The only reason I am considering selling it is because the neck is a 35 inch scale and my short arms fit a 34. $1500 if picked up from my house in middle Georgia...will ship local 48 USA only! The bass is heavy, but I haven't found the weight listed anywhere.

1. Keep attaching the photos in seperate posts (in the same thread).
