(2) USA Spector NS-5H2's (one wide spaced quilt top, one standard spaced spalt top)

Time to sell off more of the herd! Up for sale is a pair of American made Spector NS-5H2's. Both basses have 35" scales, split-able EMG pick ups (very cool) and have aguilar OBP-3 pre-amps with push pull mid frequency selects, Hipshot ultralite tuners, satin finishes, super tight bolt on necks, spector "crown" inlays, lightweight mahogany bodies (more on that in a second) with the ultra comfy NS spector body shape, maple necks, rosewood fingerboards, and form fit Spector hardshell cases.

The first is a quilted blue/aqua finish over a ridiculous quilted maple top with 19mm wide spacing. There's the better part of a zip code between the B and G strings! The bass is in excellent/near mint condition, with the only wear being a pair of small dings along the bottom edge near the output jack, which I tried to picture at the worst possible angle to REALLY make them look worse then they actually are. This bass weighs in at between 7 - 7.5 lbs on the bathroom scale. you can play all night and your back won't be upset at all :-)

The second is a flamed Spalted maple topped with standard spacing (I'll check but for now I'll call it 18mm). From what I've been told, This bass was displayed at the Music Messe Show in germany in '09, but I have to way to verify that, but I'm sure you could contact spector to find out. The top on this bass is BEAUTIFUL, and it weighs in at an equally beautiful 6.5 - 7 lbs on the bathroom scale. This is by far the lightest 5-string I've ever owned. On top of that the bass is in DEAD MINT perfect condition. This thing could sell as new!

Your choice: $1850 + shipping Sorry, no trades unless you have an acacia, fodera-esque R Bass, or maybe a Benavente single cut.
