Take another look... Price reduction... I don't have a scale, but I just compared it to my 95 Smith Burner 4, and it doesn't feel much heavier. Kind of vague I know, but in the comparison, I expected a dramatic difference. I don't feel one.
10lbs on a digital scale
Thank You All
KC
Solid Birdseye Maple Neck, Flame Maple Top. Butterscotch Blonde. Very Pretty. Completely stock.
Excellent Condition. Virtually Unmarked except for some finger marks on body below strings.
I put some blue painters tape around the jack, and above strings where my thumb rides to protect the finish.
Still has plastic film on control cavity cover.
I find I am needing frets, and so would like to get out of this one to acquire a fretted five.
This is a very nice bass, and I have been putting off letting it go, but I need the frets or at least lines.
$1600 Shipped In the CONUS
Or Trade for the right fretted/lined bass

I asked for the info but didn't receive it. I've been dreaming for about 4 years...

I don't have any special information on the instruments' origin beyond my answer to an earlier question.
