2001 MIA FENDER JAZZ DELUXE V...NEW PICS!!!!

Sign in to disble this ad
2001 Fender MIA Deluxe V 5 string Jazz. Stunningly beautiful bass. Trans Teal Green over and Ash body with a mint (off white) pickguard and a maple fretboard. Great B string on this one. 9v 3 band active EQ with American series Noiseless pickups. No single coil buzz or hum. Sounds great. Light weight American tuners help alleviate any neck dive. Schaller strap locks have been installed. This bass is in immaculate condition for it's age. The only bump, scratch, or ding on it resides on the back of the neck. There is a slight tiny bump on the back of the neck around the 9th fret slightly over half way up the neck. The bump in no way affects playability and is purely cosmetic.

I hate to sell this one, but I'm needing to get some cash in the bank and this is one that's not getting used a whole lot right now. $875 fairly firm (was $950)....you cover shipping... I"ll take cashier's check or money order to avoid paypal fees....

suprisingly...this is my lightest bass. probably on the heavy side of 8 lbs or light side of 9 lbs. this bass is lighter than my jazz 4, both of my Ps and a 55-02.

it was actually...The previous owner swapped out all the funky saddles and screws. There is no rust on the bridge currently. I can snap some new pics of the anything as requested...bridge, etc....Just let me know what you want to see...

These basses are difficult to photograph with correct color, but it is actually teal green. I know because I used to own one and I bought it because I thought is was blue. The green is a great color and these are fantastic basses.

Bump for a great bass and TBer.

Thanks for the kind words. How's that Warmoth treating ya? Man, I still kick myself for letting that one go.... But hindsight is always 20/20 isn't it.....

like I said earlier, the $950 for the whole shootin' match is just a starting point....throw me some obo=or best offer action my way...worst I can say is no....

The Warmoth is my main 5 now- it even supplanted my B-Squared-5! Sorry for the hindsight thing, it bites me from time to time as well...I stripped the back of the neck and put Danish Oil on it...it's like glass now!
