2001 PEAVEY CIRRUS walnut/flamed bubinga/maple
bass guitar w/ crappy (condition) Peavey Cirrus case.
You know the bass by now... It has reached LEGENDARY status.
35" scale neck, 1.5" wide nut, dual graphite reinforced neck w/ graphite overlay,
18v active preamp w/ active 3 band EQ
Quite simply the best bass you may ever play.
Of all my Cirrus's this one has an ever so slightly bigger neck radius. I have never found 2 Cirrus's to be alike. Kinda like Alembics. This results in a tad more sustain and a growlier low end.
This bass is in near MINT shape

Mark bought my claro walnut over a year ago and I sold my redwood a few years ago

Hey Mark ! Wow, a year already ? You have one of the NICEST Cirrus's I've ever seen, or owned. I bet you still get comments on it. Has the Alembic been collecting dust ?

Well I play the Alembic in one band and the peavey in another. I love them both.
32 inch scale and 35 inch scale is a dramatic change from week to week lol.
Good luck on your sale. I love the Cirrus and anyone who hasn't tried one you should.

Honestly, I like this one better. It has a wider radius neck, so it feels a little comfier to me. I am taking it to band practice tonite !

Don't get me wrong, the '98 I'm selling is AMAZING.
