Decided to thin the herd some, so up for sale is my 2005 American Standard Jazz. Ash body, Maple neck/board. Translucent Sunset Orange finish. Equipped with a Hipshot Xtender & Fret FX LED array (green). Still in fantastic shape with only a few little blemishes that I can't capture with a camera. I'll include a Fender HSC.... Not the prettiest, but functional.
Looking for $850 (obo) shipped.

I tend to use my '06 jazz more (last two records). I might end up keeping it and just selling a few things and buying something else...I'm thinking of selling my acoustic bass, my sansamp, old iphone etc. stuff I don't use at all really to buy something new. Maybe you convinced me to keep it haha.
Bump again for a sweet bass. Someone nice take it!

Bump again for a sweet bass. Someone nice take it! | I'm up to 5 basses. Not a lot by some standards, but times are tough. My band isn't gigging as much as before & I'm having trouble finding another project. So, I think it's time to clean house....

I never really use my acoustic, and rarely use my jazzes and one of my P's. I am still playing a lot, but always use my '71. I am debating getting rid of two of my basses and getting something other than Fenders. Tough choice. Bump for a great bass, someone buy this

Pix are blurry cuz you have to disable the flash. Otherwise you can't see the LED's. But, you get the idea......

Are the LEDs easily removable? Was the bass modified in any way to install them?
Does it have the S1 switch?

Does it have the S1 switch? | The LED's are just a stick on deal. No mods to the bass it's self. One would just have to pull the array & switch unit off, and maybe clean up a little adhesive residue?
Here's the manufacturer's site..... www.fretfx.com
Yes, it does have the S1 switch.

I know there's a couple little, and I mean little dings on the back. The only remotely noticeable ding I could find is on the edge of the body offset. See the attached pic.
I have gigged this bass for the last year and a half or so, but I take great care of my gear. It's in excellent shape for it's age & all the places it's been!!
This is part of why I'm going back to a less expensive bass. People tend to be careless of things that don't belong to them. Especially at gigs when everybody is crammed into a little space & trying to do their own thing. This is a gorgeous bass, and it drives me nuts when someone bumps into it. I've been lucky so far.... No real damage, but it stresses me out all the same. Time to go back to a beater......
