SOLD 2007 Musicman Stingray HH 4-String

SOLD!
I wanted to reduce the price on this, get some better photos, etc, so I thought I would just redo the listing to kill the clutter. I am also more than willingto offer this as partial trade towards a 2006-8 Rickenbacker 4003. With cash from me, obviously.

I have a 2007 MusicMan Stingray 4 string that I need to offload. It's a great bass, but my Rickenbacker is still getting all the play time. I purchased this bass in February of 2008, and it was about 5 months old. It has a trans-red finish that shows the grain of the wood beautifully. It has the matching headstock option, and will come with the original hard shell case. The bass has a nick at the bottom (pictured below), and a few light play scratches, but is in otherwise top notch condition.

She has a 4 month old set of D'Addario Chromes on, and the dual humbuckers combined with the flawounds give amazing thumb and groove. She has also just received a professional setup with great low action.

I would also consider a Pod XT Live for partial trade. Not really looking for any basses at the moment, other than a Lakland hollowbody.

Thanks for looking guys! If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

All the tracks on the page were recorded with the Stingray. The song "Tax Dollars" was recorded in-studio, the rest are live.

And again. Anybody got a 2006 or newer Rickenbacker that they want to offload? I would love to trade this (plus cash on my end, of course) toward a new 4003.

Is the Stingray still available? If so, are you accepting Paypal payments?

Thanks.

I like that Sting Ray! I had a Sterling in that shade of red. Looks great. I assume the headstock is the same color as the neck? That's how it was on my Sterling. Those pickups just look like they thump!

Right on both counts. The matching headstock looks great, and those pickups do some heavy damage. I hate to let it go, but my Ric is just who I am, and the 'Ray deserves someone who will play her often.

..... And I bought that Sterling from Geddyfleaharris.... I agree the trans red with the white PG looks amazing and is one of the best combos avaiable from EBMM... of course Geddyleeharris and I are both Canadian, so we may be biased!

Canadians have good taste! I do love the trans-red with white. It's incredibly striking. Thanks for the kind words, my northern friends.
