| Would you be interested in a late 2008 strait from the factory mint G&L L2500 american, it has an ash body, it is 3 tone sunburst, rosewood fingerboard, 5 string etc.. I can send you picks if you want, and add some cash if needed.
It nails a p bass tone, nails a jazz tone, and gets close to a stingray tone, it has a series/ parelel switch , active, passive, high end boost switch for slap tones, and when you put it in passive you hardly lose any volume at all and the eq's still work.
I am in a recording session and the producer only wants me to use A stingray 5, not a jazz, not a P bass, just a stingray 5
I have them all except a stingray, I like my G&L the most, but I figure that the 3 standards are P bass, jazz bass, and stingray, so I might as well let my favorite the G&L go and get wth the industry standards, so i do not find myself in this situation again.
