Well, I have several nice Jazz Basses and I'm not much of an active player so up on the block is this 2009 Fender American Deluxe Jazz Bass. Pearl white with tortoise pickguard, nice 1-1/2" width neck, 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with abalone dot inlays, Hipshot Ultralite tuners, Deluxe string thru or top load bridge with stainless saddles, cutaway neck plate, etc. Pickups are Fender SCN(Samarium Cobalt Noiseless) and the EQ is a 3-band active. Control layout is master volume, pickup pan with center detente, stacked treble/bass with center detente and the last knob is mid with center detente. This bass plays great with the big frets and flat radius and the tone can go from P Bass thump to Hi-Fi bite very easily - and it's quiet when not being played. Other than some fingerprint smudges on the tuning keys this bass is mint and never been played out - still has the plastic on the pickguard. Weight is great at 8-1/2lbs. Includes Fender molded hardshell case.
