PRICE DROP!!! 2010 MUSICMAN CLASSIC STINGRAY FLAMED MAPLE 4H w/case

Sign in to disble this ad
For Sale only... No Trades.

2010 EBMM Musicman Stingray Classic series 4H Bass Guitar.

PRICE WAS JUST REDUCED 5-1-2011 TO ONLY $1,300.00 SHIPPED IN THE U.S
***and added bit of information, The 2011 Musicman Classic is not being produced in this stunning color combination!!! So the beautiful antique white paint with the pure white pickguard and white PU covers are not available in stores now. Making this one much harder to obtain!

LOW LOW LOW PRICE: $1,350.00 Shipped and insured UPS Ground within the U.S.A.

This bass is truly AS NEW and in MINT condition!
I recently bought this here on Talk Bass from another member.

FS: EBMM Classic StingRay--all-white/maple

He had bought it recently brand new.
He mentioned not really using it nor gigging with it.
I am not in a band and do not gig at this time.
And this baby has been played here in my home office/Studio maybe for an hours gentle playtime tops!

I more or less guessed I would like my 3 band Stingrays more than the Classic's 2 band.
BUT, HAD to find out for myself. And being the price on this one was reasonable and that it had the best color and the flamed maple neck and fretboard and was as new...I could not pass it up and bought it.
I do love the bass, the way it looks is beyond stunning!
And the way it plays is also....the tone if beautiful and true MM....
BUT, I Just really love my other 3 Stingrays with the 3 band a bit better and have some major G.A.S. pains for this bass I just put on hold with a deposit today. Sooooooooo something has to go....and so I am letting go of this showpiece Classic for approx. $500 OFF the going rate price nationally of $1,799.95 that all the dealers are getting for these all over the internet....
I am including some pics taken of her today in my home for you to review. This bass is As New in every way it is in the condition EBMM shipped it in

I will most likely regret letting this Ray go...But whoever buys it will be excited if they are looking into buying A 2 band EQ Stingray....Hard to beat this as new Classic Series Ray for only $1,300 plus $50.00 shipping .....$1,350 buys it folks...step right up!!
PM me with any questions you have....
Paypal and also certified bank checks are accepted as payment.

Bump for a beautiful bass - if I still had my 30th Anni, I'd propose a trade! Good luck with your sale.

I am nuts for letting such a as new mint Classic go
But then again we bassists with G.A.S syndrome do some pretty silly things.

Dan, sorry to hear you didn't dig the 2-band quite as much as the 3-band, but different strokes!

Folks, I'm the original owner and this is a beautiful and sweet-playing bass (and it really is in "as new" condition). The only reason I didn't truly bond with it: This was my first active bass, and I ultimately love my passives too much. Also, Dan is a great guy to deal with. Someone should snap this up!

Hey Greg!
Thanks for stopping by the thread and the kind words.
I do love this bass....And honestly will be sad letting it go.
It is amazing and truly beautiful.
I am partial to my other 3 bands I guess??....I think I am just more used to that set up honestly.
But I am just in one of those mid life crisis modes I guess
And went ahead and plopped a deposit on something on
impulse and now need to own up and get it.hahaha
Gotta love G.A.S.
So this stunning Classic will go to a new home
Thanks again Greg

Sweet neck!
Yeah I liked the green ones initially when I saw them at a local GC....next to the white ones they had....
BUT, the GC had the lesser models with the non birdseye or flamed neck upgrades....
Really paled in comparison in my opinion.
On this model at least....

The upgraded flamed neck really sets off the bass...
Not only in looks but overall.
This is one baaaaaad a*&^%$ Classic Ray for sure....
And for $500 OFF the new price, and in as new shape...
someone is going to be pleased with their purchase
