2010 Squire Precision Special Hot Rodded $300

Sign in to disble this ad
This is a 2010 Precision Special. Its a P bass body with a Jazz neck. Pewter color. The pickup configuration is P&J. Both pickups have been upgraded to Seymour Duncan Basslines Quarter Pounders. It now has a Badass Bridge, a 2 band active EQ and a Hipshot Low D tuner. All mods were done very clean and look great. There is no case, but will be packed great. This is an awesome bass and shows very little signs of wear or dings. Tough times are forcing the sale of basses I dont play, I hope it doesnt get to the Stingrays! Paypal is OK. $300 Plus Shipping.

Very Interested in your bass. Nice upgrades done. I've always liked that grey on black look.

Few questions.

What strings? Setup?
How are the controls wired? Volume, EQ high, EQ low or something like that?
How does the neck compare to the Vintage Modified series?
Are you willing to split cost of shipping?

It's strung with elixir 125s. The controls are volume, treble and bass. I have both pickups wired to the same volume control. I was going to put a stacked pot for tone controls and have 2 volumes, but never got around to it. Action is great. Never played a vintage modifid so I don't know. Very similar I'm sure.
