2010 USA Spector 5 string

Sign in to disble this ad
I'm going back to a 4 string to give my hands a break.
This is a 2010 USA Spector NS-5H2W-EX. In excellant condition with an extended strap button for better balance.
Looking to get $1200 shipped (lower 48 states) or regional trades (100 mile radius) Fender, Music Man etc. Comes with original hard case. Case has a couple marks but functions as it should. Anu questions, shoot me a message and I will give you a number to call. I paid $2600,00 for it.

That's a cool looking Spector! Does it sound like a Stingray? Do you still have the original strap pin? What is the string spacing? PM sent.

Its pretty darn close to an MM and with the 3 band Aguilar preamp, you will be heard and felt clearly. Sounds great with 10's. I havent found 15's to my liking. Plays great. I would have to look for the strap button but would cost a couple bucks if you would have to buy it. I would stick to the extended one. You wouldnt believe the comfort level by extending it.

It's got the EMG MM pickup and is switchable (Single /dual coil) selectible midrange push/pull pot. Yeah, I think it can do a Music Man pretty good. My first gig with it was playing through a Line 6 LD400 and it killed. All the low end you need and the clarity to let each note be heard. Playing 3 piece, we did "Dream on" by Aerosmith and holding down the low end and playing the guitar runs came out great. I just cant deal with the 35" scale. I've been playing a P bass copy at practice and let me tell you, I aint happy.

I don't like to wish bad luck on you, but I hope this doesn't move until I have the money because it looks perfect for my tastes!
