2011 5-string Banana Bass

Sign in to disble this ad
Just picked this up in a trade, but am now realizing that I'm not much of a banana player.

And I know you're already wondering, so I'll answer now: yes, banana basses are GREAT for metal!!!

Nut width, as you can imagine, is fairly tight at .25 ". As you can also see there's a bit of wear around the pickups, and the inevitable chip by the headstock. Otherwise, she's in pristine shape though starting to smell a bit.

Will sell outright but for now looking to trade for maybe a orange, apple, or pineapple bass. Shoot me an offer, let's make this happen!

Sorry, no straight fruits trade, thanks. It has to have strings.

Also, this is a MIM banana bass. Case is already part of the bass.

I was thinking the same. Best nut for this particular bass:

I prefer pecan for this style bass, but cashew would be cool too.
