I've always been very very pleased with Modulus basses.
Those, Zon, Kubicki, have been the best instruments I've played based on the no#'s, stat's over the years. They do weigh a good amount relative to say my Zon Vinny(a bit over 6lbs) or recently sold Streamline, but it's a solid instrument through and through.
And the neck does not change with the weather.
Nice new condition instrument case and Badass bridge II, nice neck. There is some extremely fine thumb nail scratches on the cover face plate past the G string, but you have to really look for it at just the right angle in the light.

Pretty wide range for passive actually.
