This is the best sounding, looking and playing Classic Stingray I have ever owned. I swore I would never sell it but my new Spector 5 is in and I need the money to pick it up.
The bass is 6 months old and served as my back bass so it never really got any playing time.
This is the lightest Classic 5 I have owned. It comes in at a very comfortable 9 lbs 4 ounces. That's light for a Classic Stingray! The action is nice and low. The bass plays like butter. It can go from a nice warm buttery tone to an in your face slap sound.
The neck on the bass is the best and most unique that I have ever come across. Looking down at the bass while its on you the top half of the neck is flame maple while the bottom half is birdseye maple. It's quite stunning!
The bass is in mint condition. No dings anywhere. It comes with the original case with all the case candy and the original box that is was shipped in.
I am pricing this at $1,450.00 shipped in the CONUS. Payment can be made by U.S. Postal Money Order or Paypal.
New it cost me over $2,000.00.
No trades I need the cash.
Thanks for checking it out.

This bass is a trip down memory lane, back to the time I had my BOO bass. It was also natural w/blk pg.
I always said "the only thing 'wrong' with that bass was no B string', well, now I got it
Bass was EXACTLY as described.
thanks David
Hope you Dad is doing better
