A very cool bass, I got it as part of a package deal w/ an amp. The girl was an absolute mess when I got her, I cleaned her up real nice, shimmed the neck a bit and now she looks good and plays good. It's got some tapewounds on it now.
It is a project however - the control panel is not wired to the pickups or grounded. I never got around to doing this, and the violin bass isn't my thing.
I do think this bass has some value to it If I remember what I read in the Vintage Guitar Pricing Guide.
Anyway if you're interested let me know - would like to get $100 shipped.
Oh and the pickguard... that's a "custom" paint job by a former owner. Psychedelic and kinda cool!
