Sign in to disble this ad
This one is as nice as you will find. No chips or dings, some very light button marks on the back that are barely visible in person.

This is a USA American Vintage '62 reissue, serial # is V15xxxx. It is 100% stock, no mods.

TI Jazz Flats, original like new brown G&G Tolex case with all the candy including the PU and bridge covers. The pickup cover has never been mounted as the body holes were never drilled. The bridge cover is currently on the bass.

SOLD $1050 shipped

No trades, please. PM me if you have any questions or need additional pictures.

Beatutiful! I'm GASing for a P bass so bad right now. If I had the coin, this would be on it's way to me! Free bump for a sexy P bass.

9 lbs. even, according to my doctor's (beam) scale. Not a feather like a Roadworn, but not heavy, either.

How does the neck differ on this AVRI compared to today's American Standards? Still 1 5/8"? Slimmer or fatter front-to-back?

1.75" wide at the nut. No graphite reinforcement. Slimmer from front to back. Nitro gloss finish. Reverse turning tuners.

This one is a bit chunkier than most from front to back. Not huge but not really what I would consider slim. It feels like a normal C-width P-bass neck.

Here are some additional pics:

Bump. P/oly white/rosewood/tort PG is one of the most devastating combinations on the planet.

Sweet bass! Does it have a grease bucket or a traditional style tone knob?

Traditional. The Highway Ones have the greasebucket.

The V15xxxx serial number dates it to around 2005. I've never taken the neck off so I can't say for sure.
