I could be talked into parting ways with one of my kidneys for this bass! I could also throw in a toe or two to sweeten the pot!

I bought a Firemist Gold refin '61 from The Low End, he is not kidding when he describes a bass as a good'un. Gorgeous instrument, if I didn't have the '61 I would be counting my pennies now.

He told me everyone that played this 63 fell in love with it. And now I know why.

Again....if I can get a deal made by this weekend, I can give you a good break on the price. After that, I wont be in as much of a hurry to sell as what I need the cash for wont be there.

Thanks.

If you sell this, that B15 is NOT going to be happy.

The refin wont bring as high a price as an original finish, but the value is still going to raise as its a pre cbs.

The market dictates the value, our basses are only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. You can sit on a "$10,000 bass" the rest of your life but if no one is willing to pay $10,000, is it really a $10,000 bass?
