Got a good one here. Very solid player, excellent tone!

Preamp is gone, strictly passive, but some prefer it that way, I do too.

#6 neck, 7 1/4" radius, 1 1/2" nut, very comfy/playable.

Has nick, bumps, scrapes and scratches all over it but nothing serious and nothing that affects tone or playability.

Only selling because I'm moving to 32" scale basses.

Not a light-weight, but not a boat anchor either. 10 lbs.

Gig bag included.

$600 + shipping to CONUS only.

REALLY?!?

So late model MIA Fender's and MIM Road Worn Fenders as well as some Fender clones made in Korea sell for $7-800+ but these excellent MIA basses, designed and made by G&L while Leo Fender was still in charge don't.

REALLY?!?

I can offer this - Ampeg B15S, local to MD, DC, VA, PA, WVa, Priced for a quick sale!!

A Leo fan myself, Passive would work fine for me as I rarely use the pre-amps on my others.

This is a great bass- the neck is a pleasure to play (I used to own it!).
The pics represent the bass with 100% accuracy, as I remember it.

l2000's from this era are amazing basses, and yes very underrated. if the neck is anything like my old 87 l2k it's killer.

The original preamp is gone, you can look online the see what they once did.

I now have it wired so that the first switch is a 3-way series-parallel-single coil, the second switch is a 2-way parallel-single coil, the third switch does nothing.

Knobs are vol, tone, dummy (does nothing)

Still here!!

Would trade for a 4 string Jazz, the lighter the better.

A 32" scale jazz would be outstanding!
