No biggie Mike.....it is what it is. I could keep it and stay in my current home or sell it to make things easier to obtain the "dream" property that my wife and I have wanted. Easy decision.
It's a fantastic Wal that I bought at a bad time. At least Paul is making them again so they are available new......quite a bit more expensive but at least available. |

This is about the cheapest I've seen one sell for here on TB!
Plus ... it's here in the US. ... no import taxes!
Good luck with the sale ... wish I had the scratch.

Perfectly balanced, fit great on your body,...like an extension of it....wonderful basses that are wonderful to play that cut through like no other. |

| | Totally into Geddy Lee & Mark King ! | | Join Date: Apr 2007 Location: Sonoma County, California ! | | | That is a real beauty. I have no interest whatsoever in a fiver. I did, however want to ask a general question about Wal basses.
I have yet to find a bass that plays better than a Cirrus, in every respect. I've owned countless basses and the Cirrus are the only basses I own now.
As I am IGNORANT up front, how does the Wal feel compared to the Cirrus ? Personally, Geddy's tone on "HOLD YOUR FIRE" is about as perfect as bass tone can get. If I ever had an extra $5k laying around (that was a joke you know) would I be happy with a Wal as a Cirrus guy ?
This also equates to a BUMP if nothing else.
Thanks - Mike B.

I can understand the need for cash for your property purchase. I would trade my vintage Fender Jazz in a heartbeat for this bass.

Shedua facings are the dogs bollocks over the mahogany body too! |
