ALEMBIC EPIC-1994 ---Traded

Sign in to disble this ad
I bought this a few weeks ago and the upper horn doesn't make it to the twelfth fret, so the reach to the nut is just a little too far for me. There is no neck dive though. It's Mahogany with a Flame (almost quiltish) Maple top. Ebony fingerboard and Alembic MXY4 pickups and Electronics. It has been used.....there is a wear mark (groove) made by someones thumb by the 1st pup. Some slight wear on the body where the forarm touches. There is some wear on the finish of the tuners. That's it for the used aspect. Now...this thing has clarity forever. Its in solid condition...nothing wrong with the functionality of this bass. Brass hardware, adjustable nut (1 5/8") weight is 9lbs. Comes with a softshell case. (hard sides)
I guess I should mention, New from Alembic this is $5000.00, so......
$1150.00 shipped to your door.
CONUS only.
I would like a bank certified check, but Paypal is ok if need be.
Got questions......ask away!
Peace, John
sound sample at myspace....click on Alembic. It's the bass straight into the computer.....no pre amp. just bass.

Great sounding bass! Very much what I'm looking for - but I want a 5...

Listening to some of your other stuff on Myspace. What bass are you using on Lyrical Mastermind? That's really cool!

Great playing, BTW.

Great basses! I had a 5er as my main for 10 years. Wish I could have hung onto it. Bump for a great bass at a great price!
