It is with great pains that I must list my Morch Singlecut 5 fretless bass. I just bought a new bass and hence, I need to sell something to fund it. Whichever sells first, this or the Abe Rivera I listed the other day. This bass was a wedding present from my wife and the most expressive fretless I've ever played, but not being much of a fretless player, my wife was fine having this sold to pay for the other bass on it's way in.
Here's the scoop.
Neck: 5-piece wenge/mahogany/wenge/mahogany/wenge neck-through with maple veneers - brass nut. 36" scale
Fingerboard: ebony fretless with 24 fret lines and side dot markers.
Body: Gorgeous Bubinga top on mahogany body with maple veneer.
Finish: hand rubbed oil. Pickups: 2 Mørch Full Fingers (Soapbar Split Alnico V/AW).
Controls: Volume, Pickup Blend, Passive/Active tone shaping (push/pull - active/passive), stacked Bass/Treble cut/boost.
Preamp: Mørch active 2 band EQ
Control cavity: on back with plastic cover - separate 2 battery battery compartment with easy access clips
