Various AMAZING users here have been kind enough to donate towards shipping, and it looks like THIS BASS WILL HAVE NO SHIPPING COSTS TOWARDS THE WINNER!!
So, usually when you see something like this, you're looking at a cheap starter bass. Not this time! I'm giving away my MTD Kingston Heir 4, wound with D'Addario Flats, very low action, upgraded preamp, and setup by Mike himself! This is a great bass, and I feel that some people can't afford a good bass for their son, daughter, student, or even themselves this Christmas or holiday season. So I'm giving this expensive bass away for free. I'm blessed to be able to play other expensive instruments, and since God blessed me, I thought it'd be my turn to bless somebody else.
So, let's talk business. PM me with 'MTD BASS' included the PM title, or else I'll ignore it. I've just cleared my Inbox so I can get a lot of PM's. You WILL NOT pay full shipping / boxing from your choice, UPS or FedEx, which will probably end up around $ FREE. I'll include a free heavily padded gig bag and (not leather) vinyl Comfort Strapp. Submissions end when I, well, feel like it. Probably a day or so after the 25th.
The winning story will be posted, but name will be anonymous and withheld, and some of these submissions can get quite... personal...
If you feel like chipping in $4 or so for shipping, feel free to PM me. I'll gladly accept it (just in case the winner can't even afford the shipping) and promise the funds will go just to that. Via PayPal, obviously. THIS BASS HAS JAMMED WITH THE Z. MARLEY!
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

Why do you think its not mine? Alec offered me it, and I told him he should do this instead. Just shows hes a cooler cat than humanly possible..

I did something very similar to this with a '96 Warwick Fortress One a few years ago; the new owner was very happy and the bass helped him to really refine his technique. Congrats in advance to the new owner of the bass!

I wrote an article about choosing a cabinet and of course, the advertisement shows up for KITCHEN cabinets.
I have 19 cents collected since august, and I may be able to chip a tiny tiny bit..
I can also skip lunch a day and mail you $2 in the mail?
