Atelier Z Mas Hino made $1475 shipped!

I am looking to sell my Mas Hino made Atelier Z. It weighs just under 10 lbs and sounds like Marcus.

The pickups are (according to the previous owner who spoke with Mas) early nordstrand single coils with an Aguilar 2 band preamp. The wiring is odd in that the bass boost turns left to right, while the treble boost turns right to left - it also has a vtc.

In addition, the tuning keys were upgraded to hipshot ultralites.

There is a sizable gash on the bottom of the body (see pic), but it does not affect anything other than cosmetics and it is on the bottom of the body. The bass sounds and feels great!

$1475 shipped to lower 48 gets this

The body is ash, the pickup spacing is 60s (though the bass somehow still sounds very seventies), string spacing is 19mm, and the scale length is 34".

Would consider trading towards a Guild Starfire II.

This bass does the Marcus Miller thing better than any bass I've heard, including the signature Fenders. Someone could save a lot of money here...

I had one as well, and completely agree. It was a 70's monster.
