I've been more into passive basses lately and I can't afford to have this nice of a bass that I'm not playing. It plays and sounds fantastic, and comes with the original hard shell case. I've attached some pictures of when I received the bass. It's still in great condition, the only flaws would be a little dent/mark down by the bottom strap peg, and a little piece of plastic missing from the side of the nut(it arrived that way) but neither effect the sound or playability. I can take pictures of those areas tonight.
These are incredibly rare, they only made these available for order for one month a few years back. They sold for around $2,000 and I'm willing to let mine go for $1400 shipped in the lower 48 states.
Hit me up with any questions!

What's she weigh?

I have a few dumb questions, thought I would ask in the thread so others can learn too.
Alnico pickups, correct?
What tonal difference does the all-rosewood neck make? Is there a separate fingerboard, or is the whole neck a solid slab of rosewood?
Also, can the HS duplicate *ALL* the settings of the H? If not, what's missing?
Thanks! |

It looks like solid rosewood to me, and I actually prefer the HS to the HH, I've owned both. The neck pickup is a little muddy on the HH, IMO. You can get a decent Jazz vibe on the HS. I don't think you're missing a thing with the HS.
