BRAND NEW PAVEL MACABEE DELUXE FIVE STRING

Sign in to disble this ad
I first received this bass from Pavel about a year ago and returned it immediately because I decided to go for different electronics and a high gloss finish. I just received this bass a few days ago and it is basically unplayed, unfortunately now I need the money for other non musical reasons. Here are the specs of the bass:

-35" scale
-Weight: 9lbs
-High Gloss Finish ($350 upgrade).
-Honduran Mahogany Body
-Walnut Core
-Flame Maple Top w/ matching headstock.
-Five Piece Neck (Maple/Walnut/Flame Maple/Walnut/Maple).
-Cocobolo Fingerboard
-Cocobolo Wood Pickup Covers. (on the first pics you'll see the wood pickup covers have more flame to them, those are the ones in it right now).
-Ebony knobs.
-Volume (Pull Passive), Balance, Treble, Mid, Bass.
-Seymour Duncan/Pavel Custom Dual Coils (Alnico magnets?)
-John East/Pavel Custom Preamp
-Two Three position switches (one for each pickup, Up:series
for a ken smith sound. Middle: Single coil. jazz bass sound.
Down: Humbuckers full on).
-Gold Hardware
-TKL Deluxe Hardshell case.
$4,800 OBO shipped in the US. International contact me. Cashier's check only.

Please PM me your offers and questions, I'll answer them as quickly as I can. Here are lots of pics for your viewing pleasure. Thanks for looking.

This bass is going back to Pavel. He is nice enough to sell it for me, and will also be building me a nice jazz bass.
Thanks all for the comments.
I will close the thread now.
