OK this is up for sale. Two weeks brand new and perfect, just too pretty for me. I just want to look at it. Perfect new Carvin G&G case also. I just got it and want to see what I can trade for cash on either side for the right deal. High quality fit, finish, woods and workmanship as fine as any boutique jazz period and 22 meticulously dressed frets. Made in the good old USA at half the price of a metro. The specs are on the Carvin Site and I'll let the pictures do the talking as usual. Single coils and pre amp config with VTC. (Think Sad for all comparative purposes). Looking for trades of similar condition quality instruments. Man if you have been curious about these basses, do yourself a favor and try this one and save some folding money... and get these particularly stunning woods.
$1000 Firm plus shipping, Continental US shipping only. If ya snooze you lose on this one!

I just wish some one would take it off my hands and play it. I don't even want to get fingerprints on this thing. These may be the smoothest fattest single coils I've ever played.

I would definitely keep this bass... if it were not for this recurring chronic GAS, thank God it's not terminal.

What do you think compare with Bartolini's pick ups or Sadowsky or Aguilar preamps. It will be nice to know your opinion respect this, because ultimately the electronics are going to amplified the natural sound of the wood. But you know how is that I always been bias regarding Carvin electronics on their basses. The amps are great I used to owned a Bi-amp stack, 1x15 and 4x10 with a biamp head, great sound. Any way hope to hear your opinion. Oh are you open to trades?....And do not listen to that immature comments is not worth it......get and advice for a moderator that should be removed......we are a friendly site and we do not need negativity here....

Javi | Amen to that.
About the electronics in this bass. The sc pick ups are big wide and smooth with out annoying sizzle in the top. Pre is reminiscent of an aggie OBP2 tone wise. It's really organic sounding. But these terms are so subjective. I would strongly suggest if interested in these go to the Carvin site. There are numerous videos demoing these basses there as well as on YouTube. If this bass had a certain Brooklyn headstock shape and logo you couldn't pry it from my hands and if so it would cost $3000 and it would never go to a live gig. I mean funny is the nature of we humans. Just sayin' is all.
Not really looking for trades anymore, but open minded.
