I'm really in two minds about this, I literally spent 4 years stalking this bass before I got my grubby hands on it. It was my main player for a couple of years but the 10lb weight got too much for my old back on 4 hour gigs and now the taxman somehow believes I owe him money.
Celinder PJ5 in very good shape. I believe the finish is nitro which accounts for a couple pin-prick dings through the the undercoat. There are a couple of other dings that are not through the finish but overall it still looks very smart indeed (pics show details). It's currently sporting the tort pickguard but I also have a mint green pickguard that I'll included (couple pics of this in the link below).
Greengrove pre with the usual dip-switch options in the cavity. Controls are pickup vol (stacked pot) treble and bass. Through body stringing available. Incredible grain in the maple neck wood.
I'm not looking for trades on this (unless someone offers something with a butterfly on the headstock!). Asking $3000 shipped in the US.
More pics here

and Confirmation on the bass being sold out of Austin Bass Traders, I consigned the bass with them. |
