Does that PJ5 cop a convincing P-bass tone? Elrick is the ONLY hi-end builder left on my list that I haven't tried yet. |

Having said that, IMO this one's true, unique voice is with both pups balanced-just enough bite with huuuuuuge girth at the bottom. It's a world apart from the JJ, which is modern to the core and even from its' lowest through it's highest frequencies.
