It's a bound semi-hollow body in the general Precision shape but no body contours. It's got tilt neck adjustment so even though there's a fixed bridge you get full control over string height. String-thru body. With the tapewound strings, it's about as close as any electric OR acoustic bass guitar will come to sounding like an upright.
It has a couple dings, but nothing bad. I took photos of the dings with the camera flash on in a darker room, so they look worse in the pics than in real life. I just wanted to show everything. The board is in great shape, as its worn flats forever.
Yes the G string is off of the nut in the pics. I was wiping it down before taking picks and didn't notice it.
