Clement 63 Piezo Fretless Final price drop $950!

Sign in to disble this ad
I don't want to do this, but I don't have much of a choice...down to one income and it's not making the bills.... so I've got to put up this one of a kind wonder...

Here are the specs:

Mahogany/Wenge Neck with Pau Ferro fretboard
Mahogany center block with swamp ash wings
Flamed maple top

Semi-Hollow
Adomovic Cocobolo bridge
Fishman Piezo pickup with Volume and tone preamp

Labella tapewound strings
Hipshot Gold tuners

Here's some pics:
http://www.clementbass.com/web/Galle.../Clement%20063

I'll take some new pics this evening.

Because it's one of a kind ( Tom won't build another ) and because we need the funds I'm pricing this at $950 + shipping

Here are sound clips:
http://www.myspace.com/intransitjazz/music

Thanks,
Lincoln

Oh man, that is gorgeous. Great playing, too!

Sorry to hear about the financial issues - hoping you find a buyer BUMP.

Many thanks! I was hoping it would never come to this, as I'll never be able to get another...

I'm hoping for a minor miracle ( to escape selling this), but with my wife on maternity leave and with both my guitarist and I having wives have children at the same time, we decided not to book gigs for a month and that just put us out of the loop for getting gigs...soooo the extra funds I normally have to take care of things is non-existent and we've had some pretty big bills pop up, not including Christmas and a birthday to handle....

The fretboard lines with a low-contrast wood is a great design choice; probably plenty visible up close, but doesn't look like a fretted bass from a distance.

Man, I'm having a hard time talking myself out of selling something to buy this...

Bump for one of the good men out there who treats his wife right and appreciates her. I know what it's like to grow up with a dad and a stepdad who never did. Kudos man.

Thanks for the kind words everyone! It's very encouraging. Seems like many of us are in similar situations these days.

Beautiful. Very tempting as I look to get a fretless back in the stable.

Only just heard the first bit of one recording so far (listening to Footprints now) but the bass sounds GREAT.

Nice trio playing, too.

The neck shape is that of a j-bass so it is very familiar on the hands for those of us used to j-basses. Very easy to play!
