Conklin Custom Sidewinder Melt Top!! Built for Butch Ramsey

PRICE DROP, Now $2475

This phenomenal Custom Conklin Sidewinder bass has a gorgeous hand-carved Stunning "MELT TOP" Wenge/Bubinga/Birdseye Maple top! This one was built for Butch Ramsey (Stated on the back of the Headstock)to his specs. To have one built would run $7000.00! The bass also features 5 piece multi-laminate Wenge/Purple Heart Neck, Figured Ash body wings. The neck also has two carbon fiber reinforcement rods for extra stability in harsh climates. The figured Birdeye Maple fingerboard is the perfect match to this bass's looks and tone.
This bass is loaded with premium top of the line electronics. It is equipped with Bartolini humbucker pickups. It has a Bartolini 3-band preamp with a 3 way mid frequency selection switch and an active/passive switch for maximum tonal versatility.

That one bass has neither a melt top or a Birdseye board. I'm confused. Hell, that's not even a Sidewinder body.

someones been in oklahoma...... I have played that bass alot. theres a clip of Butch's son Matt playing that bass on youtube. it has a great feeling neck.
