Here's a project I started but couldn't finish. I was interested in doing some of the Bach cello suites on electric bass, but I realized my time would probably be better spent on my upright. Anyhow, there's something awesome about having two lateral octaves at your fingertips. I bought this one from another TB member so it's been in good hands. The only issue is a scratch on the back of the neck and a couple of small scuffs on the back by the headstock, neither of which I could really pick up with my camera (it looks like they're from being put on a stand). Otherwise the bass is setup and ready to go for the next adventurer - comes with a padded deluxe gigbag.

$650 shipped in the CONUS.

Your killin' me here... amazing bass for a jaw-dropping price. That's better than some of those Taiwanese basses off ebay.

Dude!?!? The Cello Suites sound awesome on electric bass! Especially when played an octave below the cello.

Check out my version of the 5th Suite:

You should keep it up!

I had the BD7 and it was awesome. The body is Ash with Flame Maple top and the neck is a 7 pieces Wengé/Purpleheart. I tried one in a store and the GT7 is a nicest bass just like the BD but with a less complicated preamp.
