I picked this up from Music Go Round. It appears to be a MIM Fender Jazz V. Someone had painted it what appears to be sonic blue, with a matching headstock. It was done professionally and they did a fantastic job. The serial number is on the back of the headstock. When I got it, it was wired passive with some really crappy pickups. I bought the guts from a 1990's Warwick Thumb and added them. The controls are vol with push/pull active passive, blend, bass/treble stacked. The battery is in the compartment in the back. It comes with a brown tort guard and also a baltic amber guard that I had. The tuners are Gotoh. The action is low and it plays very well. The string spacing feels very comfortable to me and I really don't care for five strings. I'm looking to get $525 shipped CONUS, likely in a gig bag. I have a spare warwick gig bag. It is torn down the side, but still functions fine and is very well padded.

I apologize, I forgot about the weight infatuation. It weighs between 10 and 11 on a bathroom scale
