Don't know a lot about this bass...I bought about a year ago as I had the jones for a Sadowsky and this sort of fit the bill. Bill Giebitz from what I understand is a buillder in Austin TX. The bass is great...but GAS calls...bass has birdsye maple neck, quilt top duncan's installed ( I have a set of noiseless cobalts I'd be glad to include or have installed if you perfer passive) bass has strat type jack and super fast neck...fretwork is second to none- I honestly think build quality wise this stands up to some of the Sadowsky stuff I have played ( but alas no Sadowsky preamp) I'm asking $850 but willing to negotiate...trades considered...
