This started as a Squier VM Tele Bass.


What's been done:

* full nitro refin (body and neck) - fiesta red with pinstripes
* rolled the fingerboard edges and lightly reshaped the neck
* plugged the ferrule holes and changed the bridge to a vintage style Fender bridge
* changed the tuners to vintage style Fender tuners
* upgraded the electronics - CTS pots, Switchcraft jack, etc
* changed the "football" jack to a Electrosocket (and plugged the extra scew holes)

The result is a one of a kind bass - sounds great, big fat bottom end. Plays incredibly great, and is strung with GHS tape wound strings. The 4 saddle bridge fixed the intonation issues. Just a great bass overall.
