I just received this today. It is absolutely a freakin' Monster! These CV Squires are really, really good, and the custom tweaks that doc540 did to this one absolutely kill!

You can look for a deal on a stock CV Precision then refinish it, find a headstock deal and have it applied, change out all the pots and wiring, and install a Rio Grande pup and a set of TI Flats...

I'm flipping her on out as I've got an opportunity to pick up a bass that I've lusted over for some time now and the window of opportunity has cracked open a bit. The action is low, I've installed a set of more "Fender-like" strap buttons. This bass weighs in at a featherweight 8.25lbs with no neckdive.
