Dean Rhapsody HBF Fretless

Sign in to disble this ad
this bass discounts at $399 at most outlets! MSRP=$625

I took it in trade for a project bass I built. Very nice tone and a fast neck!

Maple figuring is much nicer on this than the stock picture indicates. I will take more pictures if desired. PM me

Selling for $289 plus actual shipping.

A jazz and fusion player's dream.

The Dean Rhapsody HBF Fretless Bass has a semi-hollow mahogany body with cat's eye f-holes and a full-scale maple and walnut neck with ebony fingerboard. A soapbar pickup gives this elegant Dean bass a tone all its own. Fret-line inlays help the fretless novice stay properly intonated.

Features:
  • Semi-hollow mahogany body
  • Maple and walnut neck with ebony fingerboard
  • Fret-line inlays help those new to the fretless bass
  • Soapbar pickup
  • Cat's eye F-holes
  • 34" scale
  • 1-1/2" nut width
  • 24 fret lines
  • Die-cast tuners
  • Black hardware
  • large ding on upper body (this is the only mark that actually shows)
  • small ding on upper horn
  • dent on back

No, I do not have a recorder working now that I could make one on. The mwaah is pretty nice on this instrument, and the tone control does have a lot of effect. I was surprised that a single control would do that much for the sound, but it does.
