Amazing sounding instrument, and there is nothing wrong with it, but I'm looking for something a little different. Have a listen and take a look... Sound bytes are from the bass plugged directly into a laptop. (No effects or otherwise)

I have an ash/maple (birch top) J5 that is one of my workhorses. Not a lot of them out there, but don't let that fool you. Devon's craftsmanship is top-notch (check out some of the really cool features - recessed knobs, magnetic cavity & battery covers...just slick!), the playability of his basses is outstanding, and of course where it really counts...these basses sound GREAT. Good luck with the sale. |

bassboi, it weighs about 8.5 lbs per the bathroom scale. Surprisingly light, IMO...
