If you have been looking for a DJ in EXCELLENT CONDITION....look no further.

New in February of 2007 - looks and plays like the day I brought it home! GREAT Lakland J sound and feel!

THE ONLY REASON I AM SELLING IT IS THAT I JUST GOT A NEW (IDENTICAL) DJ5.....

Lakland Pick ups......ships with a Gator hard sided soft shell case....scale says 10 lbs even (with J-retro - lighter now!!!)

EDIT: Will also consider JO with $$$$ for possible trade.....[/color][/b]
Peace and thanks!!!

Doug

EDIT: removed J-retro option since it is now in my DJ5....

Wow...never thought I'd see you selling a Lakland, but since you're making room for another it's acceptable! Hehe. If I had need for a 4 string I would be all over this - I've been dying to try a DJ. For anyone wondering, Doug is a straight shooter and a great guy.

Bump for a great guy who'll do you right. He also babies his basses, so this DJ will be minty fresh. I've played it, too--the weight is just fine, and although I'm normally not an active-bass guy, this thing kills with the J-Retro!

Thank you! and - most of the time we have the clock "muted" so it does not......if we did not, it would! and it would keep us awake all night!!!!

Sounds nice when it goes off though.....and the ticking is almost like a metronome.

Love the clock BTW - was one of the things we "had to have" for the entry way...

J-RETRO - LIMITED TIME

ONLY A FEW MORE DAYS FOR THE J-RETRO OPTION!!!

I am going to pick up my DJ5 within the next week or so.....and when that happens, IF I have not sold this by then, the J-Retro will be installed in my DJ5.....then the ONLY option will be passive....

If you want a sweet bass combo (DJ and J-Retro) get it now....I hate to sound like a used car salesman, "but this deal will not last"....

Doug

Great bass. It's a shame I'm looking for the 5 in white/maple.

Where are you guys getting yours from? and do you think they'll be around all year? (sorry for the hijack)
